Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather and document business requirements.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing business processes and recommend solutions for optimization.
Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications to illustrate proposed changes.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, process models, and requirement specifications.
Develop and present reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between business teams and IT or project teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with stakeholders.
Project Support:
Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution by supporting project managers.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business objectives.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
