Elicit and document business requirements through various techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Analyze and translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories.
Create detailed functional specifications, use case diagrams, and process flows using tools like BPMN, Figma, and Visio.
Collaborate with UX
designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Yêu cầu
Min 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or
Product Owner in software development projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Good understanding of API and SQL.
Proficient in BPMN, User Stories, Use Case Specification, and mockup/wireframe tools like Figma, and Visio.
Good understanding of UX principles and product development processes.
