Mô tả công việc
Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and understand their business processes as well as expected outcomes of the requirements\
Document customer processes and provide URDs for the processes at a high level of detail and quality
Provide SIT and UAT test cases for software development projects in Banking and at least 2 other industries
Handling customer expectations during the requirement gathering and UAT processes so that there is no disparity between software features and requirements
Ability to assess risks at all stages of the project and how to communicate those risks effectively internally and externall
Prepare and issue user manuals for technology solutions
Understanding of at least 2 Industry business processes is a must, with Banking as one of the industry
Understanding of database architecture and data modeling
Understanding of basic SQL and Data Processing functions
Understand SDLC cycles and Agile software implementation process to ensure
developers and
testers delivered the requirements
Yêu cầu
University graduate, major in IT is preferable or Business Administration
Knowledge and Experience of Business Analysis within Banking Environment
Have at least 2 year working experience as Business Analyst role. Priority has been involved in large projects that span more than 6 months and involved more than 30 stakeholders
English proficiency is a must
Some experience on visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau or other BI tools will be beneficial.
