Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to data from internal departments and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the
Data Analyst and Data Engineer teams.
Develop and manage documentation: BRD, FRD, Use Cases, Data Flow, Data Mapping.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure products/data meet requirements.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of data-driven products.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Data/BI/Big Data projects.
Strong understanding of Data models, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Proficiency in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis for requirement validation.
Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in requirements management in Agile/Scrum projects.
