OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The Business Analyst in the IT Department supports the technical and functional aspects of IT systems, ensuring their performance aligns with business needs. The role bridges business and IT, facilitating effective communication and implementing technology solutions to enhance operations.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with business units to collect and document technical and business process requirements.
Analyze business operations to identify inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Develop strategies to enhance processes and ensure operational efficiency.
Manage or contribute to projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery meets timelines and budgets.
Provide application support and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability.
Coordinate with team members and vendors for seamless system operations.
Document workflows and identify gaps in processes and systems.
Conduct system testing to ensure products meet quality and user expectations.
Maintain operational procedures and scenario documentation for system functions.
Offer guidance to team members to foster confidence in system usage.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Collaborating with Stakeholders
Gather and validate business process and technical requirements.
Communicate effectively between IT and business units to align goals.
Supporting IT Systems and Applications
Provide application support for all IT systems to ensure maximum uptime.
Resolve support requests efficiently within SLA standards.
Documenting and Analyzing Processes
Map business workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Document operational scenarios and ensure procedural clarity.
Driving Projects and Testing Systems
Manage projects to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Perform thorough system tests to ensure deliverables meet user expectations.
Enhancing Operational Efficiency
Develop strategies to address inefficiencies and optimize business processes.
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of IT systems operations and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT-related tools.
Knowledge of PMP and ITIL frameworks is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
Availability to work on-call when required.
