Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and creating detailed requirement documents. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, agreed upon, and signed off, while maintaining a high standard of communication in both spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
Facilitate requirement sign-off sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and agreement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA and project management to create detailed requirement documents, including functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop use cases, user story, process models (e.g., BPMN), wireframes, and acceptance criteria to visualize solutions.
Collaborate in project planning activities as needed.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or insights.
Provide ongoing support and communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proven experience in creating detailed requirement documents and managing sign-off processes.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in FinTech or IoT sectors is a plus.
Preferred qualifications:
Business process analysis and improvement.
Requirement gathering and documentation.
Stakeholder management and communication.
Use case development, BPMN, UML-based process modeling, and ERD design.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts.
Data analysis and reporting.
Project management fundamentals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
