Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Alignment (70%)
Gather, analyze and document business requirements into Business Requirement Spec (BRS) / System Requirement Spec (SRS), user stories and wireframes (for complex use cases).
Act as the bridge between Business team and Tech team to clarify requirements with
developers, testers, and UI/UX
designers, transfer Business requirements to Tech Team
Evaluate business demands versus system feasibility and provide technical recommendations.
Work with QC and stakeholders to ensure traceability between requirements, change requests, and implementation, and support UAT testing and bug verification.
2. Product Development Contribution (30%)
Contribute to the product roadmap by researching market trends and business needs.
Provide business insights to support product improvements and new feature initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System or related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of working experience, including 2 years in Business Analysis or requirement analysis roles.
Background: Experience working with
Digital Marketing products, E-commerce platforms, or Affiliate/AdTech systems.
Technical knowledge/skill: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, APIs, and testing approaches.
Business Understanding/Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into system requirements.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business demands versus system feasibility.
