Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping: Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements. Map current state (AS-IS) processes and assist in proposing future state (TO-BE) workflows.
- Documentation: Build requirement documents and functional specifications, including SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, or blueprints tailored to project methodologies.
- Solution Alignment: Work alongside the solution team to evaluate Salesforce platform fit, identifying configuration, customization, and integration needs.
- Data & Integration Support: Clarify basic data requirements and integration flows (data sources, field mapping, business rules, and synchronization); assist in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Training & User Enablement: Prepare user guides, training materials, organize end-user training sessions, and provide post-implementation user support.
Job Requirements
- Core Competencies: Strong logical thinking, active questioning skills, and the ability to systemize requirements into clear documentation.
- Salesforce Readiness: Strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn and master the Salesforce platform (prior Salesforce implementation experience is not required).
- Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience or background as a BA in one or more of the following domains is highly advantageous:
- Retail or Healthcare: Customer journeys, sales processes, service management, and customer care.
- Digital Marketing & Marketing Automation: Customer segmentation, customer engagement journeys, campaign activation, tracking event definition, and performance measurement.
- CRM & Customer 360: Customer profile management, multi-source data consolidation, interaction history, and customer consent management.
- Experience: Prior experience participating in CRM projects or systems with similar business logic, data structures, and integrations is preferred.
