Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze document business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
Participate in solution design, gap analysis, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), implementation and post-go-live support.
Provide business consulting and recommend best practices to improve banking processes and system efficiency.
Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, user guides and training materials.
Conduct user training and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure project deliverable meet business objectives, quality standards and agreed timelines.
Qualification:-
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven experience in Core Banking implementation, enhancement, migration or digital transformation projects.
Hands-on experience in Core Banking modules including
Deposit, Loan, Trade Finance, Payments and General Banking.
Strong understanding of banking operations, business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional specification and system testing (SIT/UAT).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage to support collaboration with stakeholders based in China.
Willing to travel when required for project implementation.
