Mô tả công việc
- Work closely with BOD and cross-functional stakeholders to understand, clarify, and analyze business and user needs.
- Build and maintain the product backlog, and define clear requirements through User Stories, Use Cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze and help prioritize requirements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Prepare BRD, FRS, and product function guides when needed.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and QC teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, support requirement clarification during development and testing, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback after release, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to product optimization.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and support junior BA team members when needed.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development, preferably in eCommerce, Marketplace, SaaS, or digital product environments.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project and documentation management tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integration, UI/UX principles, and data analytics concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Good collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Good written English, with the ability to understand and prepare technical/product documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to independently analyze complex business requirements, identify dependencies, and propose practical solutions.
- Experience in product backlog refinement, requirement prioritization, and post-release product improvements.
- Ability to challenge unclear requirements, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Experience reviewing functional documentation or sharing knowledge and best practices with other BA team members.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- Schedule: Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM ; Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
