About the Department
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Objective
• Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies and recommend actionable deliveries to for data migration, system build
• Understand of data structure to quickly generate ad-hoc data to support business
Responsibilities
• Design/optimize MIS/dashboard for business tracking
• Work closely with internal business stakeholders to provide ad-hoc data quickly to support for data/system migration and data platform build
• Create test cases with detail of test steps for UAT and responsible for validation post implementation
• Generate data based on business requirement to clean up data to ensure data quality
• Build data dictionary based on data exploration, documents from various sources
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree
• 4-6 years relevant experience
• Strong technical skills in using SAS/PYTHON, and other languages
• Good communication and demonstration on decision making abilities
• Data design and management
• Qlik/Tableau
• Banking/financial industry experience
• Experience in data platform build
• Data-driven & logical thinking
• Multi-task performance and teamwork attitude
• Proactive and be able to work independently
• Willing to go extra miles
• Positive outlook with a can-do mindset
Key Targets and Measures (KPI)
• Provide regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and delivery timeline
• Build MIS/dashboard meeting business requirement and timeline
• Provide insights to business to support for decision making capability
