Business Application Assistant Manager (IT)

In charge of development, maintenance, and support of business applications, including ERP, CRM, TMS, WMS, DMS and custom software solutions:
1. SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing software solutions, particularly in ERP and Sales systems.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of custom business applications using C#.NET and Python.
- Work closely with the ICT team to ensure that timely updates, patches, and integrations are conducted with minimal disruption
- Contribute to mobile and web application development to support business processes and customer engagement.
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Assist in managing software projects, including planning, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Provide training and technical support for project implementations and contribute to the development of project plans.
- Data management and reporting
- Support the company's digital transformation initiatives, helping to align software solutions with digital strategy.
3. BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION:
- Collaborate with various business units (Sales, Finance, Logistic, Service, Product etc.) to understand requirements and translate them into software functionalities.
- Leverage automation and process optimization to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Support the integration of business applications with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM. TMS, WMS and other Global systems
