Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Coordinator Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and driving the administrative and strategic business operations of our company and solar projects.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, project specifications, and related documents.
• Receive, record, manage and coordinate the project document control process, ensure the documents are well-recorded, circulated and archived as per company's procedures.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for our solar energy projects.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, legal, finance and asset operation departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Assist in solving ad-hoc issues and administrative tasks to promptly execute business operational activities once needed.
• Contribute to building and applying business procedures and processes to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, business activities and timeline to key stakeholders and senior management.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or business operations, preferably within the solar/renewable energy industry.
• Proficient command of English language (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of business procedures and project management principles is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and other standard office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes.
• Great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
