JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work in a Customer Solution Team and be responsible for Business Development (Sales), including: converting, expanding, and retaining Clients. You will be selling Recruiting services from Pegasi's portfolio products.
Responsibilities include:
• Promote & build awareness of Pegasi's capabilities to existing Clients and new Clients.
• Develop sales based on the potential client files provided by the Company and create yourself.
• Design and implement a high-impact sales strategy to surpass revenue goals across key enterprise accounts.
• Cultivate influential relationships with decision-makers, advocates, and internal stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate growth.
• Work with Clients to ensure satisfaction and expectations are being met.
• Work with the Recruitment Consulting team to ensure satisfaction and expectations are being met by Client.
• Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams to elevate customer experience.
• Complete the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target revenue, KPIs.
• Coordinate with the team to complete common plans and targets.
• And do other tasks are assigned by the line manager and the Company.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications and Experience
• 2+ years of experience in Sales.
• Preferably experienced with Business-to-Business sales.
• Preferably experienced in selling Professional Services.
• Proven track record in sales and relationship building.
• Bachelor's Degree from the University.
Knowledge and Skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills - Vietnamese.
• Conversational English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (or similar).
• Extroverted and confident to deal with clients.
