Mô tả công việc
1- Relationship management (prospects/partners)
- Identify and engage potential prospects, thoroughly understanding their business needs and effectively presenting our solutions.
- Actively engage with partners to explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships.
- Follow-up, network and establish connections with partners and key contacts in all countries
2- Understanding and defining projects
- Understand the client's objectives and pain points to support the development of tailored strategies
- Collaborate with various departments and business units to collect necessary information.
- Prepare services offers and quotations.
- Brief operational teams about signed missions to explain the client's context and objectives.
3- Market research and communication
- Stay updated on the latest ASEAN market developments, trends and barriers to provide insights during client's meetings.
- Participate in designing comprehensive market reports that align with project strategies and offer valuable insights for decision-making.
- Communicate with other departments about the last key information to take into account in their operational missions' actions.
4- Strategic development
- Implement a prospection strategy in line with department objectives and competencies.
- Reach out to new prospects and clients (introduce our company, services and background).
- Seek out and secure new projects (respond to calls for tender or calls for projects).
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in business field or related.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in business development.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- High level of autonomy and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, French would be an asset.
- Honest, proactive, social, creative.
- Able to travel for business trips.
