Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Blockchain and Web3 space.
Conduct market research to identify potential Clients, Partners, and Industry trends.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Blockchain protocols, and large technology companies.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partnership objectives, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful execution of partnerships.
Drive joint Marketing and Sales initiatives with partners to maximize mutual benefits and market exposure.
Industry Networking:
Represent VMO Blockwise at Industry events, conferences, and meetups to build a strong network and enhance brand visibility.
Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Blockchain and Web3 space.
Relationship Management:
Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
Provide exceptional customer service, address any concerns or issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Yêu cầu

1+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Strategic partnerships, or a related role in the Blockchain, Web3, or Technology Industry.
In-depth knowledge of Blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, and the decentralized ecosystem.
Strong understanding of Blockchain protocols, and large technology companies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work Independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving industry.
Good English skills are required (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
Help produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature
Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports
