A. RESPONSIBILITIES
1.expand retail/distribution network for IP products across GT/MT channels (KAYOU etc.)
2.Identify and negotiate with new retail partners, Tier 1/Tier 2 distributors
3.Monitor distribution channel performance and propose revenue growth strategies
4.Build and execute IP licensing strategy for BAMU
5.Approach and negotiate licensing agreements with partners in manufacturing, publishing, gaming, and education
6.Develop relationships with international IP owners to expand BAMU's distribution portfolio
7.Identify co-production, co-licensing, or investment opportunities in the IP segment
8.Represent BAMU at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions
9.Conduct market research and assess the potential of new product lines under the BAMU brand
10.Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers to develop merchandising products from local IPs
B. AUTHORITY
1.Liaise with relevant departments/divisions to carry out tasks as directed by management
2.Propose procurement of equipment, tools, and supplies needed for the role
Yêu cầu
1. Education: College/University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
2. Professional competency
- 1+ years of experience in
business development, B2B sales, or licensing - preferably in toys, FMCG, entertainment, or media;
- Existing network with MT/GT retailers or entertainment/IP industry partners is a plus;
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills;
- Business-level English proficiency (for working with foreign partners); Ability to communicate and maintain relationships with international partners;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, honest, highly responsible, and able to work under deadline pressure;
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Good English for communication and email;
- Abilitity to communicate with domestic and international partners;
- Knowledge of IP licensing, character rights, or animation production is a plus;
- Knowledge of IP products;
