Homebase is looking for an ambitious and talented Business Development Executive/Intern to join our company. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business for the company's real estate service packages. You will work closely with the Marketing team to identify and qualify leads, the Product team to relay customer feedback for product R&D, and the Sales team to present and close deals.
I. Details for Business Development Executive Role
A. Responsibilities
Support the development of new product strategies to increase sales;
Spearheading new customer acquisition and conversion through a variety of channels, including networking, cold calling, and following up on inbound leads;
Develop and present sales proposals that highlight the benefits of the company's real estate listing service packages;
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers;
Analyze sales funnels and develop strategies to improve customer experience to improve business performance;
Track and report on sales performance.
II. Details for Business Development Intern Role
A. Responsibilities
Identify and accumulate potential investors and customers for partnership to drive revenue growth for the company;
Work with senior management to forge win-win deals through creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers;
Retain and maintain relationships with current and potential investors and customers;
Analyzing sales funnels as well as each step of the customer journey, and acting upon insights to continually improve performance;
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

I. For Business Development Executive
We expect candidates to fulfill the following criteria:
Based in HCMC;
Bachelor's degree;
At least 1+ years of direct sales experience in any industry;
Passionate about business development/sales and driving revenue growth for the Company;
Able to build rapport with customers;
Professional at all times as the "face" of the Company;
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
Highly motivated and proactive.

We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree of Business, Finance, Marketing or related majors;
Able to commit at least 6 months to the internship;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Self-motivated and results-oriented;
Conversant in English (fluency is a plus).
