As a
Business Development, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring current / new clients and expanding IT Staffing/Outsourcing services.
Identify and acquire new clients with hiring demand for Tech Talents (
Developers, QA/QC, BA/DA, PO, DevOps,
IT Managers, etc.)
Focus on IT Staffing & IT Outsourcing services (100% Vietnam market)
Proactively approach clients via calls, meetings, LinkedIn, and networking
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closing
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare and negotiate contracts aligned with company policies
Work closely with Recruitment & Delivery teams to ensure successful placements
Handle and resolve client issues during contract execution
From 2+ years for of experience as a Business Development / Sales roles.
Mandatory: Experience in IT Staffing or IT Outsourcing
English communication: intermediate or above level
Strong sales mindset, hunter mentality, and target-driven
Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Proactive, resilient, and result-oriented
