Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, consulting clients on suitable marketing technology solutions, and developing long-term partnerships. This role combines
business development, account management, and solution consulting, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both hunting new opportunities and growing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Client Consulting & Solution Selling
• Understand clients' marketing objectives, business challenges, target audiences, budgets, and campaign goals.
• Recommend suitable solutions from Marvy's creative technology services and Octokit's gamification platform.
• Educate clients on AR, VR, Gamification, and AI-powered marketing experiences.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and solution pitches to prospective clients.
Account Management & Project Coordination
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Work closely with Creative, Production, and Technology teams to develop project proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate project execution to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Marvy and Octokit services.
Commercial & Reporting
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
• Update CRM and sales activities regularly.
• Report pipeline status, revenue performance, and sales forecasts to management.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales,
Account Executive, Account Management, or related roles.
• Experience in marketing services, advertising agencies, SaaS, technology solutions, or digital products is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Consultative selling mindset with the ability to understand client needs before proposing solutions.
• Basic understanding of marketing, advertising, and campaign planning.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools.
• Proficiency in AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
• English communication skills equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to attend client meetings and business networking events.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling SaaS products, marketing technology solutions, or digital services.
• Knowledge of AR, VR, Gamification, Interactive Marketing, or Creative Technology.
• Existing network within
brand marketing teams or advertising agencies.
• Ability to communicate with regional clients in English.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
