Mô tả công việc
Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and partners who have a need for IELTS course
Understand customer needs, provide consulting, perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers, negotiate, and be in charge of signing contracts with potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, provide excellent customer care, create trust, and ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints about product quality, delivery time, and other concerns with dedication.
Serve as a key liaison between our sales team and training centers, schools, and other educational partners to ensure smooth order processing, contract execution, and customer satisfaction
Enthusiastically perform all activities that are requested by line manager

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, English, or related fields.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in IELTS/ESL, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
