Mô tả công việc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Sales & Client Acquisition
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the Event industry.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Research and develop a strong database of potential customers, including brands, agencies, KOLs, and corporate clients.
Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
B. Deal Closing & Contract Negotiation
Work closely with the BDM to negotiate and finalize contracts.
Ensure all deals align with company pricing strategy and profit margin expectations.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools.
C. Sales Process & Performance Tracking
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the team's revenue goals.
Track leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM for proper follow-up.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/BD in the Event, Media, or related industry.
Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Experience working with CRM tools for sales tracking and management.
Familiarity with KOL, KOC, and brand marketing strategies is a plus.
