We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in market research, lead generation, partnership development, sales strategy.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline. This may include attending industry events, networking, online marketing, and cold outreach.
● Sales & Business Development: Qualify leads and convert them into clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
● Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans.
● Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development activities. Prepare regular reports for management.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of proven experience in a business development role, preferably in software development industry
Skills:
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
● Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships.
● Proficient in market research and analysis.
● Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
● Proficient in English, other languages will be an advantage.
