Conduct market research to identify target customer segments.
Identify and develop new clients for the company's IT outsourcing services.
Generate new leads by identifying and connecting with prospective customers.
Conduct online or onsite product demos for prospective customers.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring sales targets are met.
Provide post-sales support to clients and gather feedback to improve services.
Work with support teams to assist with customer onboarding.
Collaborate closely with other departments to meet client needs.
Identify and manage channel partners and referrals to accelerate sales.
Engage with existing customers for contract renewals.
Regular update of CRM system.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
At least 6 months of experience working in a
Business Development or Sales position in the IT field
Strong understanding of the EU market and business culture.
Excellent fluency in English communication with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Self-independence in terms of prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Are willing to learn quickly and flexible in adapting to feedback.
Impeccable attention to detail and high internal standard of work.

Salary: 8-15M
Total income = Base salary + KPI bonus + Commission.
Probation 90% salary.
Working time: Monday - Friday.
