Job Overview
Responsible for developing revenue from B2B clients (brands, agencies, and sellers)
through consulting and selling eCentric's service packages, including Livestream
Production, AI Livestream, Video Content, Affiliate Partner, and Performance Media.
Responsibilities
Sales & Account Development
• Identify and build relationships with B2B clients (brands, agencies, e-commerce
sellers).
• Analyze client needs, propose tailored service packages.
• Participate in proposal creation, quotation, and contract negotiation.
• Monitor project progress to ensure revenue and performance targets are met.
Market & Product Insight
• Keep up with e-commerce trends (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
• Contribute ideas for new service products and performance models.
• Collaborate across Service, Operation, and Creative teams for project success.
KPI & Performance
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM pipeline.
• Prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in agency, media, or e-commerce).
• Network in FMCG, brand, or agency sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
