We're looking for a driven and analytical
Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will analyze client workloads, identify growth opportunities, and nurture long-term client relationships. You'll work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure we deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze client workloads to assess service usage and identify trends.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or optimizing service adoption.
- Research prospects and support business growth strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities within both existing clients and target prospects.
- Strengthen client relationships through consistent, proactive, and professional communication.
- Prepare business reports, client insights, and opportunity assessments for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and relationship-building capability.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Preference for candidates with education or living experience in a Western environment.
