Customer Research
Gather and analyze customers/ projects information in the overseas market
Account management
Connect with customers through email writing and direct communication via other digital platforms
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients
Customer care/ sales activities
Arrange online/in-person meetings to introduce the company to potential partners
Arrange schedules for visitors touring the factory
Project coordination
Coordinate with internal team to meet customer needs: Quotation, Prototyping, Logistic
Support Marketing activities
