The purpose of the
Business Development Manager role is to expand Generali Vietnam's presence in corporate agency via financial institutions, retail, driving growth through strategic partnerships leverage their sales teams to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Generali Vietnam's alternative distribution channels through partnerships with corporate agencies, retail businesses, affinity groups, digital platforms, and other ecosystem partners.
Identify, assess, and prioritize potential partnership opportunities across various industries, with a focus on creating sustainable and scalable business.
Build a robust pipeline of prospective partners and lead the end-to-end partner acquisition process, from prospecting and engagement to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
Develop business cases, commercial proposals, and partnership strategies tailored to each partner's business model, customer base, and growth objectives.
Design and agree joint business plans with partners, including sales targets, customer value propositions, marketing initiatives, implementation roadmaps, and performance metrics.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to establish mutually beneficial partnerships aligned with Generali Vietnam's strategic and financial objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure successful launch and ongoing management of partnership initiatives.
Monitor partnership performance, analyze business results, and identify opportunities to optimize sales productivity, customer experience, and partnership profitability.
Ensure all partnership activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations to support long-term business growth and strategic collaboration
