Mô tả công việc
Main tasks:
Partnership Development: Identify, prioritize, and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the crypto industry including blockchain projects, exchanges, investors, and technology providers.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the crypto ecosystem. Utilize insights to develop business strategy and key initiatives.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and meet business targets.
Product and Service Expansion: Work closely with product and technical teams to understand our crypto product offering, gather customer feedback, and contribute to product roadmap development.
Networking and Events: Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to promote brand awareness and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
Others:
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to support business development initiatives, contract negotiations, and project execution.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report key performance metrics, analyze business data, and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.

Yêu cầu công việc
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management roles in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and related concepts.
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships, driving revenue growth, and meeting business objectives.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the crypto and financial services industries.
Experience using communication and data analysis tools such as excel, word, powerpoint, etc.
Best to have:
Proven leadership, initiative and strong partnership building track record;
Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions;
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working with a globally distributed team;
Solid product research skills and a strong desire for ideating new innovative ideas.

Performance review once a quarter.

16 days leave, 4 days sick leave with full salary.
