Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Manager fluent in English to develop and expand our customer base. The role will focus on acquiring and maintaining relationships with MNCs in Vietnam and partners globally.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and secure direct customers.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to provide competitive quotations and ensure top-quality service delivery.
• Act as the key contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain transparent reporting on pipeline and progress.
*** For the HCM location, you will work at our office. If you are in Hanoi, you will work remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries.
• Proven record of acquiring new customers and growing accounts.
• Fluent in English;
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
