Key Responsibilities
• Solution Sales Management
- Build, expand, and manage relationships with large accounts and government sectors, focusing on high-performing partnerships within the smart building, physical security, and workspace automation industries, as well as the smart data center market.
- Identify and onboard new clients aligned with our business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Strategic Partnership Enablement
- Strengthen relationships with key industry players: turnstile and lift suppliers, CCTV providers, facility management system integrators, smart building contractors, data center solution providers, and government-focused partners.
- Train and support partners on product knowledge, sales enablement, and integration strategies.
• Sales Execution & Growth
- Co-develop go-to-market strategies and joint business plans with partners to drive revenue and market penetration in both smart building and smart data center sectors.
- Leverage a consultative and solution-selling approach to align client needs with DeltaFrontier's offerings.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets driven by large accounts and government contracts.
- Drive collaboration with partners active in government and public sector projects to expand our footprint in these high-impact segments.
• Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the smart building and smart data center markets to refine sales strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams to improve offerings and positioning.
• Brand & Ecosystem Representation
- Represent DeltaFrontier at key industry events, trade shows, and partner summits, particularly those focused on smart buildings and data centers.
- Champion our brand and solutions within the client ecosystem and industry community.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience & Background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution sales or account management within the smart workspace, physical security, digital transformation, or smart data center industries.
- Strong network in the physical security, smart building, and data center space (e.g., CCTV, elevators, BMS integrators, facility tech vendors).
- Experience working with government agencies, tenders, and public sector projects is a strong advantage.
• Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Information Technology. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Skills & Attributes
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales through large accounts and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
