Lead all
business development activities for M&A and other advisory mandates
Identify, qualify, and prioritize companies that meet financial, operational, and strategic criteria for M&A and/or market entry requirements
Lead outreach and relationship management with corporate clients, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor
Work alongside internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients
Engage proactively with foreign CDI partners and external partner advisors to explore collaboration opportunities
Building a network with business associations and key stakeholders in targeted sectors is encouraged and considered a valuable bonus.
Represent the company at networking events, industry associations, and business communities
Yêu cầu
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, or related roles
Previous experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Commercial Banking, Partnership Development/Management, or B2B Sales is preferred.
Established network with corporate clients in Vietnam, ideally in education, healthcare, manufacturing, F&B, retail, logistics, etc. Proven track record of sourcing and managing business opportunities
Strong command of verbal and written English and Vietnamese required
Established network and strong connections with business communities such as HUBA, YBA, AmCham, Aucham, EuroCham, etc. and other relevant associations
Proven ability to build and maintain high-value relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong interpersonal, communication/presentation and negotiation skills, strong work ethic, and high level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal daily guidance, and collaboratively within a team environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to develop to become a trustworthy and capable advisor/team member
Proficient in MS Office required
Additional foreign language proficiency (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, Thai, etc.) is welcomed but not required
