Mô tả công việc
• Develop and execute go-to-market plan for integrated energy solutions including Solar PV, Cooling, Thermal, Digital Energy Management etc.Drive business development and revenue growth through developing strong engagement with industry leaders and clients to build business opportunities.
• Act as a primary point of contact and be the face of the energy solution business for our commercial and industrial prospects.
• Prospect and hunt for new leads to continuously build a strong pipeline; leverage existing networks, and lead generation to drive lead generation, communications, and account penetration.
• Present energy solutions and develop proposals and tender bids to meet customer requirements
• Ensure proper pricing of green energy proposals to key customers with aim of delivering the financial outcome in line with strategic objectives of the group
• Independently manage and take full ownership of your sales targets and accountsBuild channels partners through developing strong relationships with industry leaders, consultants, regulators and relevant subject matter experts to build SP Energy solutions' industry profile and develop commercial collaboration.
• Establish business contacts and information gathering for the collation of market/client intelligence.
• Support Product development through sharing of market competitive intelligence and providing regular feedback on potential product development.
• Negotiate contract terms with partners and communicate terms to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects in order to meet clients and partner performance objectives and clients/partners' expectations.
• Any other duties to be assigned as and when required for energy solution business

Yêu cầu
• Degree holder in Engineering or Business with at least 7 years of relevant commercial experience in Commercial and Industrial sector.
• Strong financial and business acumen with business development at both strategic and execution level.
• Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently and be a team player.
• Meticulous with good critical thinking skills and ability to see the big picture.
• Industry experience in engaging local and regional regulators, consultants and contractors will be considered favourably.
• Experience in the Energy Tech sector, BMS industry and/or ACMV systems will be added advantage
• Strong verbal and written skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong financial and business acumen with business development at both strategic and execution level.
