Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients including banking and financial institutions to understand their software service requirements and position our offerings as solutions
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the target market to generate leads and drive sales growth
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to business development strategy
Collaborate with Marketing and Offering Development team to align strategies and ensure effective communication of KMS value propositions to clients
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of KMS Service Offerings to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals, contracts with clients, adhering to KMS policies and procedures
Track and analyze sales data, customer feedback to identify areas for improvements
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team

Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Proven track record of at least 5 years of sales roles with in IT Software Services industry, preferably in the BFSI sector
Experienced in successfully managing entire the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
In-depth knowledge and understanding of ASEAN BFSI market, including customer challenges, industry trends and competitive landscape
Strong network of contacts and relationship with decision makers in ASEAN BFSI industry. Prefer candidates with connections in Vietnam Banks.
Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively
Prefer candidates located in Hanoi, though this is not mandatory.
Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as required
