- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets
and expand the customer base.
- Actively outbound prospect (cold-calling and messaging) and qualify outbound leads
and inquiries.
- Leverage tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc., to build your book of
business and up-level your sales ability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry
stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and
promotional activities.

- Minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Extensive network in HR or Admin is a significant advantage.
- Adaptability, high drive and sense of urgency - comfortable working within a fast-paced
environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- A sense of curiosity: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and give/receive
feedback.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales or business development.
