About our Client:
Our client's company is a next generation tour company that was built upon the team's mission of having the world discover the joy of day tours. Exactly like their 'King Kong-inspired' logo, our client tagline "Go Big or Go Home" promises to offer only king-sized adventures and king-sized fun! They want you to experience travel to the fullest, and always remember that one you had with us - eat, play, explore and party as hard as you possibly can.
Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote their operator in Vietnam
- Coordinate with Business Development Team to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Act as a liaison between the company and Vietnamese stakeholders, such as suppliers, government officials and customers.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Monitor market trends, regulations and identify opportunities for growth for tour bookings in Vietnamese market
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with other businesses in the region
Sales, Partnership & Business Development:
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Source and execute deals in line with the strategy of the organisation
- Identify and research potential clients and partnerships
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, events, networking and other channels
- Create plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing/ potential clients and partners
- Monitor competition activities and tourism industry trends
- Represent the company at events such as exhibitions and conferences (travel and tourism related)
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry such as government officials, travel agencies, hotels, and other businesses that are involved in the tourism industry
- Work closely with Singapore Tourism Board on latest updates and developments
Operations
- Assist with recruitment and training of tour guides
- Oversee set up of operations and manage operations on a day to day basis
- Work closely with development team to identify potential new tour products
- Recruit tour guides and organize in-depth training for staff
Marketing
- Work closely with Marketing team to create and improve online presence of our client's company in Vietnam on platforms such as TripAdvisor

Yêu cầu
Job requirements
- Mandatory College Degree or higher in Tourism OR International Tourism Management Certificate
- At least 3 years of experience managing Inbound Tour Operations, overseeing aspects like tour guides, transportation, activities, and more
- In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations such as recruitment policies, licensing requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a keen eye for details
- Must have an existing track record of sustained success within current role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Finally, a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers
- Language: English Fluently
