Mô tả công việc
- Lead and oversee the business development and sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage and provide guidance to the Business Development Executives, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed
- Take ultimate responsibility for the performance of all Business Development Unit teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Define sales KPIs, track sales volume, and monitor performance against targets for all Business Development Unit teams
- Propose and implement sales funnels and effective sales processes to optimize lead generation and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to support sales efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial partnerships
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team, highlighting performance and areas for improvement
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among the Business Development Executives
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for the Business Development Executives to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with other Business Development Director to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing across the organization
- Take responsibility for the performance and professional development of the Business Development Executives in the team

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience as Business Manager or Sale Manager in an media-related industries
- Well-versed in writing & speaking skill in English and Vietnamese
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently, as well as team-work with partners.
- Honest, energetic, empathetic and passionate.
