Mô tả công việc
Responsible for developing B2B customer group and partner channel.
Ensure business results from deployed partners including revenue and number of transactions for each project.
Build strong relationships with partners:
• Approach and shortlist companies and platforms that require Neo payment/embedded fintech solutions
• Execute and structure deals to create win-win partnerships
• Have a strong network (senior level/C suite) into partners in Vietnam that allow access to Neo products within 2 months.
Maintain relationships with partners by regular discussions related to negotiations, product integrations, troubleshooting, and/or quarterly reviews.

Yêu cầu công việc
10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in business or market development at multiple companies in fintech, technology and/or bank.
Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, understanding the complexities of funds flow, roles/responsibilities for settlement, relevant regulations and industry standards and the wide spectrum of Fintech products.
Direct experience in structuring partnership deals, negotiating business and technical terms across multiple partners in the financial industry.
Passion for technology/fintech and comfortable working in a startup environment, where ambiguity and multitasking is to be expected.
Scrappy self-starter who works best in a dynamic environment, while delivering projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally.
