Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including travel agencies, hotels, and other tourism industry partners.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, products, and services.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities.
Sales and Marketing:
Promote the travel agency's products and services to potential clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze sales performance and business development activities.
Prepare reports and presentations to management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to business development.
Collaborate with external partners to develop joint initiatives and programs.
Other duties
Ensure our partners are up to date with the latest information about the destinations and services we offer.
Support our partners in identifying which of their clients are a good match for what we do.
Provide training on how to sell each ITG destination.
