Responsibilities:
• Pipeline development:
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects aligned with the company's core value proposition through market research, knowledge or cross selling.
- Act as tender manager by coordinating internal stakeholders such as solution design, real estate etc... to complete high quality proposal & operational set up concepts.
- Manage pipeline closely & effectively to achieve commercial targets.
- Collaborate with regional, global colleagues to jointly develop target accounts.
- Establish a high-frequency engagement model through regular strategic meetings and site visits with key decision-makers.
- Ensure information accuracy and compliance on CRM weekly, bi-weekly basis.
- Market knowledge of potential customers, competitors (current incumbents and tenure).
• Contract Management:
- Lead complex negotiations of commercial and legal clauses, ensuring full alignment with corporate risk and compliance standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging a consultative approach to engineer "win-win" solutions that balance customer needs with organizational profitability.
- Identify additional new business scope to maximize customer's portfolio.
- Identify key areas for continuous improvement and implement initiatives & solutions to maximize service performance by closely collaborating with operations team.
