We are seeking an energetic and capable
Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the development of strategic business opportunities across Sun Group's destinations.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with local and international brands, businesses, organizations, and other stakeholders to identify and develop new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, support brands in expanding their presence across Sun Group locations, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall appeal and commercial performance of these destinations.
The ideal candidate will be an extroverted, proactive, and commercially minded professional with experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, PR, or related fields. You should be comfortable meeting new people, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and thinking strategically about how business initiatives and partnerships can contribute to the long-term growth, promotion, and commercial success of Sun Group's destinations.
Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential local and international partners that can contribute to the development and commercial growth of our businesses
Support partners throughout the process of establishing and growing their businesses, brands, or initiatives across Sun Group locations, facilitating coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Act as a key point of contact between partners and the company, understanding their needs and helping to identify practical solutions to challenges
Identify opportunities to promote Sun Group's destinations through strategic partnerships, PR activities, marketing initiatives, events, brand activations, and other channels
Support the preparation of partnership proposals, commercial terms, and negotiation strategies
Review key commercial terms and contractual provisions, working closely with Legal and other relevant departments to identify potential issues and risks
Work experience of minimum 5 years in Marketing, PR, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or related fields
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and Vietnamese
Knowledge of Marketing, Branding, Business Development, or related disciplines
Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in evaluating potential business partners, conducting commercial due diligence, or assessing business opportunities is preferred
Ability to travel as needed to oversee projects and operations
