For business developement
• Initiate personalized phone outreach to our premium guests, enticing them with exclusive offers and driving their excitement for making trips.
• Extend a warm welcome to our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and enthusiastically encouraging enrollment in our Membership/Tier Program.
• Proactively identify and solicit new gaming guests for our players' club program, expanding our community of enthusiasts.
• Proactively promote the use of Tier Program cards, engaging with customers on the Club floor to enroll and assist with applications.
For existing business management
Take ownership of guest retention initiatives, ensuring our existing guests feel valued and appreciated.
Engage with players on the Club floor, at special events, and promotions
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our Tier Program
Actively participate in promotional programs and activities, contributing to the success and vibrancy of our gaming club.
Maintain detailed records of premium guest feedback and comments.
Develop meaningful connections with our VIP Club guests, fostering loyalty and ensuring they return for more exhilarating gaming adventures.
For high-class customer service
• Coordinate hotel upgrades for our anticipated arrivals, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations from the moment they arrive.
• Coordinate and oversee complimentary services and special hospitality for our distinguished guests.
• Represent our brand at marketing functions and events, embodying our commitment to excellence and luxury.
• Celebrate jackpot winners with enthusiasm and offer them well-deserved publicity, enhancing their memorable moments.
• Arrange bespoke services for our top-tier players.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to host special events tailored to our distinguished guests
• Resolve any requests or disputes from our guests promptly and courteously.
• Skillfully manage and reconcile them with all complimentary offerings outside of point redemption
• Prioritize safety by adhering to all established rules and regulations, fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and guests, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Uphold all relevant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the integrity of our operations.
