We have participated in many projects in Vietnam since 1996. To expand our business, we are newly setting up a local subsidiary named as "DAEWOO E&C VINA". At present, we are seeking well-qualified candidates for our Office in Ha Noi and HCMC, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai province.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Support research and analysis of commercial land, residential, and mixed-use development opportunities in line with the Company's strategy.
• Assist in preparing and updating business plans, investment proposals, and project-related reports.
• Support commercial and financial feasibility studies under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants in the preparation and submission of project documentation.
• Assist in liaising with relevant authorities regarding investment, land, planning, construction, and environmental procedures.
• Monitor the progress of submissions, consolidate feedback from authorities, and report updates to the team.
• Perform administrative and other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Investment, Real Estate, Law, Urban Planning, Construction, or related majors.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in real estate development, investment, and business development.
• Basic understanding of Vietnamese regulations related to investment, land, planning, and construction is preferred.
• Korean proficiency (TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred) with the ability to communicate and read business documents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
