We are looking for:
1. Sales Manager (Quantity:01)
· Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth in Vietnam.
· Build, manage, and expand relationships with enterprise, government, telecom, and strategic customers.
· Lead sales opportunities from prospecting through contract closure.
· Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and business targets.
· Develop and maintain partnerships with system integrators (SI), telecom operators, and technology vendors.
· Lead, coach, and develop sales and presales teams.
· Coordinate with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams to support strategic projects and large-scale opportunities.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, Telecommunications, Data Center, Cloud, or Digital Infrastructure sales.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership/management role.
· Proven track record in
business development, key account management, and enterprise sales.
· Strong skills in pipeline management, sales forecasting, negotiations, and team leadership.
· Good understanding of Server, Storage, Cloud, Data Center, AI Infrastructure, IoT, or Smart City solutions.
· Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred
· Experience with organizations such as Viettel, VNPT, FPT, CMC, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Huawei, NVIDIA, or similar.
· Strong network across enterprise, government, telecom, education, or SI sectors in Vietnam.
· Experience leading large-scale tenders, strategic projects, or multi-million-dollar opportunities.
· PMP, PMI, Sales Management, or related certifications are a plus.
2. Senior Presales Engineer (Server solution) (Quantity:01)
· Provide technical consulting and design solutions for Servers, AI Servers, Storage, Data Centers, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure.
· Analyze customer requirements and develop BOMs, technical proposals, and solution architectures.
· Conduct POCs, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution presentations.
· Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle and project opportunities.
· Review tender documents and prepare technical submissions and bid responses.
· Coordinate with vendors, partners, and customers during project implementation and delivery.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or System Engineering.
· Hands-on experience with Servers, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Data Center, and Cloud solutions.
· Strong ability to develop BOMs, HLDs, LLDs, technical proposals, and perform system sizing.
· Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, Windows Server, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
· Good command of English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage
Preferred
· Experience working with technology vendors or system integrators (SI) such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Huawei, Viettel, VNPT, FPT, CMC, or similar organizations.
· Proven experience in Data Center, Cloud, AI, IoT, Smart City, and Digital Transformation projects.
· Relevant certifications such as VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, Huawei, AWS, Azure, NVIDIA, or equivalent are preferred.
