Business Development Supervisor

Platform Partnership Management:
Work directly with major platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) to explore and execute business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Deal Negotiation & Strategic Planning:
Lead negotiations on partnership models including performance-based deals and co-investment agreements to maximize ROI and platform support.
Budget Management:
Plan and manage monthly/quarterly spending allocation across platform teams; ensure efficient use of budgets in line with business strategies.
Joint Business Planning (JBP):
Develop and manage JBP with key brand partners, including setting clear GMV and budget goals; monitor performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
Executive Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO on finalizing JBP terms and resolving escalations from brand partners or platforms.
Market Research & Opportunity Development:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends, product categories, and untapped business opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with platforms, brands, and other key stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships.
Campaign Management:
Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing and sales campaigns on e-commerce platforms, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.
Team Leadership & Development:
Guide and mentor junior team members; share best practices and support professional development to build a high-performing BD team.
