Proactively collect, process and analyze business data, thereby building a multi-dimensional reporting system to help the Board of Directors have an overview, make accurate and timely decisions. Turn discrete data into a clear picture, detect trends and propose specific improvement actions.
We are looking for a data specialist with deep analytical skills, systematic thinking and a particularly high sense of ethics and information security, to:
● Work directly with the CEO/Board of Directors to understand business requirements and data orientation.
● Proactively identify the data sources needed to complete the report.
● Design and present dashboards, visual analysis reports by Power BI, Google Data Studio, advanced Excel...
● Analyze trends: increase/decrease in revenue, high/low performance products, return rates, reasons for cancellation, costs - profits...
● Give assessment from data and propose specific improvement actions.
● Coordinate with departments: Business, Engineering, Accounting to standardize data sources.
● Design standardized reporting frameworks for each field: equipment, POS, merchant, marketing, finance...
● Automate the analysis process and periodic reporting: weekly/monthly/quarterly.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Minimum 3 years of experience in business data analysis or equivalent position.
● Proficient in tools:
→ Advanced Excel (Pivot, PowerQuery)
→ Power BI, Google Data Studio or equivalent
→ Basic SQL
● Strong logical and systematic thinking - can build reports from discrete data.
● Have storytelling skills through data - present clearly and easy to understand.
● Have basic knowledge of: corporate finance, POS, merchant, logistics, sales.
● Have the ability to work independently, proactively, without waiting for detailed assignments.
● Commit to information confidentiality, do not use data for any purpose other than work.

Priority (not required):
● Experience in the POS equipment industry, e-commerce, or sales management software.
● Have the mindset or experience in designing standardized reporting systems according to business models.
● Knowing how to use Python or R for processing, visualization data is a big advantage.
