Business Manager Full-Time

Position: Business Manager
Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Nebula Block)
Work Location: In person (all business days)
Working time: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday). Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.
Responsibilities:
Numbers-Driven Approach: As a Business Manager, you will take a data-driven approach to develop, track, and analyze key performance metrics related to branding exposure. Utilize data to make informed decisions and continuously improve branding efforts.
SEO Expertise: Leverage your SEO knowledge and skills to optimize our online presence. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our website's search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
User Traction Strategies: Devise user traction strategies to increase engagement, conversions, and retention. Implement techniques that enhance the user experience and drive user loyalty.
Self-Motivation: Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to drive marketing initiatives independently. Take ownership of projects and proactively seek innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to our international customer base in the AI, blockchain, and high-performance computing industries. This includes creating engaging content, scheduling posts, managing interactions, and tracking metrics to optimize our global presence.
Content Creation: Craft compelling blog posts and content that effectively communicates our company's expertise in hosting solutions for the AI, blockchain, and high-performance computing sectors. The goal is to inform, engage, and expand our global audience, converting readers into customers and partners into brand advocates.
Brand Promotion: Lead efforts to enhance the visibility and reputation of Nebula Block and Helix Mesh worldwide, with a specific focus on our innovative hosting solutions for the AI, blockchain, and high-performance computing industries. Strategize, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to elevate the profile of our brand and products across diverse markets.
Partnership Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing international partners and vendors in the AI, blockchain, and high-performance computing sectors. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual growth with partners across various countries.
