Overview
We are looking for a Business & Marketing Manager to lead student recruitment & business growth for an international online school based in the UK. This role is responsible for driving both B2B and B2C growth strategies through marketing campaigns, lead generation, and partnership development.
**Nisai Global School is an online school that provides an inclusive, social, and student-focused community for every student. Through our online platform, the Nisai Virtual Academy, we provide learners from all backgrounds with a bespoke education. Replicating a mainstream school in terms of student support, exam office, monitoring of progress, and attainment, we 'respect the student' by providing a holistic approach to education which has proven necessary and successful for many.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and execute marketing and
business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
• Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve market penetration

• Drive brand awareness and support sustainable business growth in both B2B and B2C markets
2. Sales & Business Development (B2B & B2C)
• Define and execute a sales & marketing strategy to meet the company revenue goal
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification → consultation → conversion → enrollment
• Provide consultations to institutional clients (B2B) and parents/students (B2C)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Develop tailored proposals for group enrollments and institutional partnerships
• Monitor and update enrollment progress and prepare reports when required
3. Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation
• Lead the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns across key channels including Social Media, Website, Email Marketing, and Paid Ads
• Receive, manage, and track leads generated from marketing campaigns, communication activities, referrals, and partnerships
• To take ownership, generate and secure new business for your designated B2B territory to grow and develop awareness and market penetration of Nisai in Vietnam.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, webinars and any other networking opportunity
4. Content & Events Planning
• Develop and manage content plans weekly/monthly/quarterly
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement, lead quality, SEO performance, and conversion results
• Plan and run online/offline events (webinars, workshops) to generate and convert leads
5. Team Management and Leadership
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Improve sales scripts, consultation quality, and customer experience
• Train and support team members if needed
• Collaborate with internal teams (Admissions, Academic, Marketing) to ensure smooth customer journey
1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing, with strong exposure to sales management and B2B development
3. Skills
• Experience in managing sales performance, conversion, and customer relationships across both B2B and B2C markets
• Hands-on experience in marketing campaigns,
digital marketing, content planning, events, and lead generation strategies
• Experience in the education industry is preferred
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage workload effectively
• Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent)
