I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Process Development
Standardization: Develop and implement standardized processes and policies for managing Amazon operations to reduce reliance on individual capacity and informal communication.
Automation: Identify areas for automation and work with the tech team to implement systems that streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and speed up workflows.
Tool and Application Development
Tech Coordination: Work closely with the Amazon Strategic Operations Management to to fully understand the works, challenges, & constraints. Collaborate with the tech team to build tools and applications that support the Amazon Strategic Operations Management team.
Scalability: Ensure that developed tools and processes can scale effectively as the company expands and opens multiple office locations.
Efficiency Optimization
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of implemented processes and tools.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Amazon Strategic Operations Management team and other departments to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into process and tool development.
