Mô tả Công việc
Category Performance Optimization:
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities for assigned product categories.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product mix and pricing strategies.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns to boost category performance, especially during peak seasons and sales events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaign content and ensure seamless execution.
Supplier and Stakeholder Coordination:
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms for inventory procurement.
Work with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline supply chain operations.
Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory levels daily and ensure optimal stock availability across all channels.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize overstock and prevent stockouts.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Generate regular reports on GMV, profit, and inventory metrics to provide actionable insights.
Leverage analytics tools to evaluate the performance of new product launches and identify improvements.
System and Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated on e-commerce technology trends and recommend system upgrades when necessary.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
Collaborate with the customer service team to address category-specific issues and improve buyer satisfaction.
Training and Development:
Provide training and guidance to team members on category operations, tools, and best practices.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor degree or above, marketing and related majors are preferred
Have more than 3 year of experience in the retail and e-commerce industry, and have experience in commodity operations such as beauty, home living, etc
Have a relatively basic understanding of consumers and market insights
Must be able to interpret e-commerce data and have solid basic e-commerce skills
Have good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilit
English must be good (Spoken, written). Mandarin is plus
